There are days when being productive falls by the wayside. Over the past few months, I’ve really started to pay attention to how I can be on track for my goals. Even as I’m trying to write this post, I find myself zoning out. It may be because it’s morning right now and I’m still waking up, but I think it’s a testament to how much we need a little help with how to focus better. It’s so important, you know? We’re busy -- busier than ever. Yet we want everything. We want the dream job, the friendships, the family, the fit body, the hobbies. I think we can have a lot of those things, but it takes focus on whatever we have at the moment. We’re so distracted these days. Here are my few tips on how to boost your productivity.
Set your priorities and have a plan I’ve found that having an ever-edited priorities list nearby keeps me focused on what matters. When we have priorities and we KNOW what they are, it makes it easier to recognize when we’re not sticking with those priorities. I still get distracted sometimes, but I find that the days I have a task list, I can dive into work a lot more.
Take care of your body and health As a tea-lover, I can’t imagine my day without a pure herbal tea. Some teas are more beneficial than others, like my current fav Concentrate by FEMNA (@femnalife) - focusing on female natural health. Adding hot water only increased the wonder. All those amazing colors and fragrances came out almost immediately. So, I fell in love with this tea even more without even tasting it. Concentrate tea has a gorgeous deep amber color and an amazing, mouth-watering rosemary and peppermint aroma. The first sip was surprising. The tea has the typical minty taste I really like about teas, but besides that, the refreshing green tea taste is strong enough to awaken you! The ginger, as an ingredient, maintains mental health and increases concentration. All in all, I can tell from this experience, it was full of surprises and new experiences.
Get fresh air
Time, spent outside, is never wasted time. Fresh air helps us to refresh our thoughts and brain. Not only do I feel better after I take a walk or just sit on the grass, but I can concentrate more.
What helps you to be productive?
With love, Vilma xx
