IMPROVE YOUR SLEEPING

We all know the importance of good, quality sleeping. If I don’t sleep well, I don’t have energy all day and I feel irritable. So, for me sleeping is extremely important and I take a lot of attention on how to improve my sleeping. I am here today to share with you all my tips, which work for me.
- Have a cup of tea -
I love to have a cup of herbal tea before I go to sleep. My favourite tea before sleeping is chamomile with a drop of fresh lemon. It helps me to relax and fall asleep faster.
- Get fresh air in your room -
I used to sleep better when even a tiny amount of window is open. I realised, I sleep better when I get fresh air, and doesn’t matter if its winter, I never skip this habit.
- Wear comfy clothes -
I recommend to wear only clothes with which you feel good and comfortable. Its very important for quality sleeping. Choose only natural materials and breathable sleepwear.
- Establish a sleeping routine -
From my personal experience in any situation of life, routine and discipline are very important. And sleeping isn't an exception. Go to sleep at the same time every night.
